  • this website is made up of pages. pages can have their own sub-pages.

        • Ynform is a sub-page of Project

  • sub-pages inherit permissions from their parents

  • a sub-page of project is called a "project". For example, we refer to Project/Ynform as the ynform project.

  • Permissions for a page may be assigned using an access control processing instruction

  • example of two users with all persmissions

  • example of a group with read-only pages:

  • example of a group and a user with all permissions but admin:

  • sub-pages inherit permissions from their parent page, but may also override those permissions.

  • when you create a project, you automatically get admin rights on that page (and all sub-pages)

  • If you inadvertently delete your admin rights, use the RevertToAdmin action to revert to a revision where you had admin rights

• attachments

  • files can be attached to any page by any user having write permissions to that page. To see attachments for a page, navigate to that page and click on attachments

• uploading files

  • To upload multiple files, compress them into a .zip file. Uploaed .zip files can be unzipped by clicking on the unzip option in the list of attached files

• Gallerific

  • create a slideshow using the <<Gallerific()>> macro

    • example: all attachments on the current page:
